- For proposed changes to your NDA or proposed use of third-party NDAs, our team of lawyers and law clerks uses your playbook and our AI tools to respond same day or the next business day.
- If a party asks for something outside your playbook, we escalate to you.

NDA Review: We define an NDA Legal Review as any review or negotiation of changes to your outbound NDA along with any inbound NDAs you send to us. All back and forth with the other party on a single NDA counts as a single NDA Legal Review, so we have no incentive to drag out the process. Reviewing and providing legal advice about an updated or new NDA template counts as an NDA Legal Review.

Be the hero who solves your company's NDA problem.
Referral Fee Policy. When an eligible lawyer refers a client to us, we request client consent to pay a referral fee to the lawyer equal to 10% of subscription fees paid for each month the client uses the NDA Confidential service. Such fees would be payable only if we have a written agreement with the referring lawyer and only after we have delivered the service for the applicable month. If a client were to pay for one or more years in advance, any referral fee would be 10% of the pro rata amount we receive for a particular month. We do not charge higher fees to any client due to any payments made under this policy. Our policy is designed to comply with State Bar of California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1 and does not apply to in-house lawyers who introduce us to their employer or its affiliates.
